A story decided in a single summer with no do-overs. All the domestic skills, bonds, and effort built through rural life are powerless. The siblings’ future is staked on her own body — the same body that has betrayed her time and again. An incredibly anxious situation. Born with illness, her father disappeared, her mother passed away. She’s only ever lost things — there’s no way she could feel loved by fate. Yet for their ideal, bewildered though she is, Asumi fights on to seize a destiny she’s never once been able to grasp since the day she was born.
About a year has passed since the main game’s release, and a lot has happened in real life too. I believe menstruation serves as a metaphor for events in the world that no single person’s effort alone can overcome. This append adds four scenes, both erotic and non-erotic combined. Previous appends each had five additional scenes, so the appends alone add a total of 24 extra scenes. On top of that, there’s also an append-exclusive ending if you meet certain conditions.
Among the content added in this append, my personal favorite episodes are Asumi-chan’s Tier 3 sexual development story (a non-erotic event) and the additional ending.
Playtime will vary depending on how fast you read, but in my case it took about 40 minutes to get through the four added scenes and the extra ending.

The title is a line spoken by the protagonist in the story, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt such strong empathy with a main character. The act of loving your most precious person. Being able to tell them. Being able to confirm those feelings together. A miraculous moment filled with overflowing happiness. The final scene, where she has grown both in body and heart and takes the next step in her relationship with Onii-sama. Its beauty is sure to captivate everyone. As her Onii-sama, you feel “I’m so happy for you.” And as a player, you feel “So I’ll never see her again.” You’re wrapped in such complex, bittersweet emotions.

After clearing the final DLC, I couldn’t help feeling this emptiness inside. I couldn’t believe it was really over. I truly wish they’d release more new story content.
This installment was just as touching as ever. The little sister’s growth and her love for her brother — especially at the end, she was so incredibly gentle. Amachi Haruka’s voice acting was absolutely spot-on too. The atmosphere when the two siblings held each other and bared their true feelings was done so perfectly. I found myself sighing with relief that we finally got to see a normal sibling relationship.
For these two, being brother and sister is a fate bound to them from birth — a relationship where they can depend on each other without reservation, never having to worry about separation. Marriage, on the other hand, is a bond built later in life, one that inherently carries the risk of uncertainty. Rather than chasing that “constructed bond,” they treasure the natural, purer intimacy they were born with. The kind of vow to stand by each other through sickness and health — that was already a given in their day-to-day life together.
