BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers Review — Status Effects Get Even Filthier

This BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers review covers Ende AA’s sequel to one of DLsite’s wildest action hits. The side-scrolling action game has moved over 21,600 copies with a 4.41/5 rating across 5,300+ reviews. Clearly, the dual protagonist system lets players experience both a male and female lead. Meanwhile, the boss-rush format returns with new attack customization and adjustable difficulty settings. Fans praise it for pushing fetish boundaries while keeping tight, responsive gameplay underneath.

Gameplay: What Makes It Unique

BUZAMA 2 ditches traditional stages entirely for a boss-rush-only structure. Instead, players select fights from a roster in any order they want. As a result, the pacing stays tight without filler content dragging things down. This 2D action format makes every session feel purposeful and replayable.

The dual protagonist system gives you two distinct playstyles to master. For instance, switching between the female and male characters changes how each encounter plays out. Moreover, Ende AA introduced an attack customization system that broadens your combat toolkit. Despite the added depth, controls remain simple and responsive throughout.

Difficulty sits slightly below the first game, with enemies dealing less damage overall. Additionally, bosses leave more openings for players to exploit during fights. However, veterans can toggle hard mode for a genuinely punishing challenge. In other words, this balance makes the BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers review noteworthy — accessible yet demanding.

Buzama monsters serve as the game’s mechanical and thematic centerpiece. Specifically, each boss triggers unique status effect scenarios tied to its encounter. Consequently, every fight works as both a skill check and a showcase for the signature humiliation content. Furthermore, the boss-only format ensures no encounter feels like padding or filler.

What Makes It Fappable

BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers review starts here: the game delivers perversion through genuine variety. Notably, it features both a female and male protagonist, and both characters are cute enough to enjoy equally. As a result, reviewers call this dual protagonist setup genuinely great value. In short, you get two distinct flavors of humiliation content in one package.

Ende AA’s 2D action game spans the full fetish spectrum. Brainwashing and common sense alteration represent the milder side. However, scenes like flattening, spherification, and gold transformation push into extreme territory. These status-effect-driven enemy encounters make each boss fight deliver unique degradation content.

The “Buzama” humiliation monsters form the core appeal of this shota action game. Specifically, every boss battle leads to distinct H-content through the boss-fight-only structure. On another note, reviewers consistently praise how the game opened them up to fetishes they previously avoided. That reaction speaks volumes about how well Ende AA crafted even the most polarizing scenes.

In addition, succubus transformation and magical girl transformation sequences add further variety. Throughout the game, the perverted tone stays consistent across both protagonists’ routes. Meanwhile, an attack customization system expands your combat options while keeping controls simple. On top of that, the signature hard mode returns, giving experienced players a real challenge.

Characters & Art

BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers features a distinctive art style crafted entirely by Ende AA. The game separates its visuals into two layers effectively. Detailed 2D sprites drive the side-scrolling action segments during gameplay. Meanwhile, dedicated H-scene CGs showcase Ende AA’s illustration work during intimate scenes.

Both the female and male protagonists sport appealing designs that players consistently call cute. The dual protagonist system doubles the visual variety on offer. The shota action game elements give the male lead a unique visual identity in his dedicated scenes. Players get two distinct character aesthetics within a single package.

Ende AA’s illustrations span an enormous range of fetishes and transformations. For example, characters shift through succubus forms, magical girl forms, and wild status effects like flattening and spherification. The game commits to depicting each transformation state with its own distinct visual identity. In any BUZAMA 2 review, this visual commitment to every scenario stands out immediately.

The art commits fully to concepts most games would only sketch loosely. Specifically, even niche fetishes like gold transformation and common-sense alteration get expressive, detailed illustration sets. This side-scrolling action title earned a 4.41 rating from over 5,300 reviewers, reflecting strong overall quality. Ultimately, Ende AA’s solo art direction gives every scene a consistent identity that holds up across dozens of unique scenarios.

Story (Spoiler-Free)

BUZAMA 2: Humiliating New Frontiers picks up where its predecessor left off as a 2D action game built around status effect fetishes. Essentially, the premise is straightforward: players control dual protagonists — one male, one female — through boss encounters that trigger increasingly bizarre transformations. However, the setup serves more as a framework for the game’s real focus. In practice, Ende AA uses the thin narrative shell to justify an enormous catalog of fetish scenarios.

The story itself functions as an excuse plot, and the game makes no apologies for that. Instead, each boss encounter introduces a new set of humiliating transformations rather than advancing a traditional narrative arc. Consequently, players looking for deep lore or character development should adjust expectations. After all, the shota action game format prioritizes spectacle and variety over storytelling depth.

Where this title surprises is in tone. Despite covering extreme fetishes like flattening, spherification, and brainwashing, the presentation stays playful rather than grim. Moreover, reviewers note that the game actually broadened their horizons on fetishes they previously dismissed. For a BUZAMA 2 Humiliating New Frontiers review takeaway: the “story” exists to funnel players toward discovering new kinks, and it does that job remarkably well.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Massive fetish variety — ranges from common-sense alteration and brainwashing to extreme niche content like flattening, spherification, and gold transformation, ensuring something for almost every taste
  • Dual protagonists — both female and male protagonists are playable and well-designed, effectively doubling the content and appeal
  • Solid boss-rush action — 2D action gameplay with non-linear boss selection, attack customization, and a hard mode that adds genuine challenge without frustrating difficulty
  • Gateway to new fetishes — reviewers consistently report discovering appeal in kinks they previously had no interest in, a testament to how well the scenarios are crafted
  • Improved over predecessor — better-balanced difficulty with more exploitable openings and added attack customization while keeping controls simple and accessible
  • High production value for the genre — original music composed in-house and polished sprite work across a wide range of transformation and status-effect scenes

Cons

  • No voice acting — all dialogue and scene reactions are text-only, which undercuts the impact of the humiliation scenarios that would benefit from vocal performance
  • Extreme niche content may alienate — fetishes like spherification and flattening are so specific that large portions of the game’s scenes will be skippable for players outside those niches, reducing effective content volume
  • Boss-rush-only structure limits variety — no exploration, dungeon crawling, or NPC interaction means gameplay loops entirely around sequential fights with little downtime or narrative pacing between encounters
  • Relies heavily on predecessor knowledge — reviewers note comparing the two games extensively, suggesting the sequel’s improvements and callbacks are best appreciated after playing the original, raising the barrier to entry

Customer Reviews

Many of the fetishes weren’t really my thing, but the demo’s Buzama (humiliation monsters) and the male protagonist really hit the mark for me, and I was curious enough about the succubus transformation and magical girl transformation to buy the game. Here’s my review from that perspective.
I also bought the previous game at the same time and cleared both, so I’ll compare them as I go…

**Good Points**
– Goes without saying, but it broadens your fetish horizons (Hypno-femboy and skin-suit body-jacking, which I’d never been into before, turned out to be really great)
– Even scenarios that don’t hit your fetishes are fun because the humiliation factor makes getting hit hilarious to watch (butt catching fire, getting blown back toward your side and squashed flat like a frog, confusion turning your attack into a butt-slam, petrification and hypno-slave transformations unique to the Buzama)
– Some characters who are neither allies of the protagonist nor enemies show up and get used as humiliating attack methods
– Got to see a cute boy get TS-transformed and breastfeed, become a magical girl, and get turned into a succubus while staying male and using his ass — very satisfying

**So-so Points**
– For a small handful of Buzama, the difference between male and female versions isn’t that noticeable (though the base CGs and animations are generally quite different between genders)
– No pre-battle dialogue or post-victory scenes (the humiliation the enemies displayed when downed or defeated during battle in the previous game was part of what gave the Buzama their charm and personality)
– No forced interactions between the male and female protagonists or with their companions (the previous game had some scenarios involving one companion)
– Defeat scenes don’t change based on how you were taken down, unlike the previous game (the previous game had that suspense of wondering which defeat method would do you in)

I’ll skip text length, controls, and the gallery since you can tell from the demo and product description.
Some effects can only be seen during battle, so don’t just settle for the defeat scenes — make sure to actually fight!
Also, as you can tell from the supplementary notes in my “so-so” section, the previous game has its own merits, so definitely give that one a play too.
Even if you’ve never dabbled in any of these fetishes, it’s worth trying to see if something clicks! (I take absolutely no responsibility for what happens.)

I’ve wished I had a mommy before, but this is the first time I’ve ever thought I wanted to *be* one.

A masterpiece of extreme perversion that lives up to its title. Both the female and male protagonists are cute, so you get to enjoy both—great value. It covers everything from relatively mild(?) content like common sense alteration and brainwashing to ultra-niche fetishes that’ll be hit-or-miss for viewers, such as flattening, spherification, and gold transformation. If vanilla stuff just doesn’t cut it anymore and you want to see heroines and shotas reduced to pathetically unrecognizable forms, this is the perfect title for you.

Like the previous game, this is a 2D action game where you take on boss fights only, in any order you choose. The difficulty feels slightly lower than the predecessor (less damage taken + more openings to exploit), but it’s not so easy that it feels like a cakewalk. The signature hard mode is still there too. They’ve added an attack customization system, but in a good way, the controls remain simple and play much like the previous game.

What’s particularly impressive is the sheer volume of action content — a full 13 stages, nearly double the 7 from the previous game. Some returning enemies make an appearance, but there’s virtually no recycled combat, so every fight feels fresh. Even with this many enemies, there’s no overlap in either the action mechanics or the scenarios, which is a real strength. Saying you’d get your money’s worth buying this purely as an action game might be a stretch, but considering it’s a doujin game, it comes pretty close to that level of recommendation.

The previous game’s great feature of triggering special animations just by getting hit by enemy attacks carries over here, and it plays a solid role in establishing the overall “brainwashing perversion” worldview. It wasn’t personally my kink, but they’ve added a femboy character in this installment, so fans of that will be pleased.

On the flip side, the trade-off is that some erotic elements have been cut back — fewer special animation patterns, pre-battle dialogue has been removed, and the victory “punishment” scenes are gone. There’s barely any dialogue outside of defeat ero scenes, and I wish there was a bit more of that before-and-after “corruption” feel — same complaint as the last game, honestly. Overall, the score lands in roughly the same place as the previous game, for better or worse. That said, for those who this kind of thing really clicks with, it’s still absolutely worth checking out.

Personally, the knight lady who appears in the VS Noise Two stage really hit the spot for me. She resonated with me more than Fuyou, whose kink didn’t quite do it for me.

**Motivation for Purchase**
I was moved by the “Buzama” (humiliation/disgrace) elements in the demo and the portrayal of the male protagonist, so I bought it for the specific scenarios I was interested in. I also purchased the previous title at the same time, and this review is based on having played both.

**Positives**

*Discovering New Fetishes*
This game made genres I’d previously been averse to (hygre/brainwashing, otokonoko, skin-suit possession, etc.) feel incredibly appealing. The special scenarios like the protagonist’s gender transformation, succubus transformation, and magical girl transformation were particularly outstanding.

*The Fusion of Humor and Disgrace*
Even during scenarios that didn’t particularly hit my fetishes, the sheer “pathetic” nature of the protagonist and enemies kept me laughing, making it enjoyable even when getting hit.

– Ass catching on fire
– Getting blown away and splattered against walls
– Petrification, hygre, and other disgrace-specific animations

*Variety in Enemies and Systems*
Beyond just the protagonist, allies, and enemies, there were also scenes featuring neutral characters, which felt refreshing. The way these were cleverly used as humiliating attack methods was a nice touch.

*Polished Action Gameplay*
The combat, movement, and enemy strategies are simple yet fun — enjoyable even for players who aren’t just in it for the H-scenes. Boss fights have plenty of cheap-shot attacks on first encounters, but once you figure out the counters, the balance is perfectly tuned so you can fight with confidence.

**Overall Impressions**
This game is a fusion of eroticism and action built around the theme of “disgrace,” with its major distinguishing feature being the niche fetishes it explores. Even if none of these fetishes ring a bell for you, the game has the potential to open entirely new doors.

As an action game, it strikes a nice balance of moderate difficulty and depth, offering plenty of enjoyment even for players who aren’t specifically here for the erotic scenes.

**Recommended For**
– Those looking to broaden their fetish horizons
– Those interested in mid-combat erotica and specialized fetishes
– Those who want to enjoy unique gameplay built around niche subject matter
