She Fell in the Last Day: Desperate Choices Amidst Zombie Apocalypse
Her Corruption in the End Times 2.0 review dives into LactoQuest’s dark take on a zombie NTR RPG. I spent hours with this one, and its 12,500+ sales and 4.27/5 rating start to make sense once the hidden NTR elements and detailed H-scenes unfold. I also noticed the translation could use polish in places. Ultimately, Her Corruption in the End Times 2.0 delivers wife corruption with open-world survival intensity.
Gameplay: What Makes It Unique
This zombie NTR RPG puts players in charge of Raita and his wife Mie as they scrape by in a dangerous open-world. For instance, each day requires strategic allocation of limited resources like food and medicine while navigating the city. Hidden NTR elements also create tension, since players must carefully balance survival needs against moral boundaries.
Combat employs a straightforward turn-based system reminiscent of classic JRPGs. However, the real challenge lies in managing emotional states through the detailed relationship system that tracks intimacy levels with different characters. Specifically, Mie’s corruption level directly impacts available story paths and endings. This forces difficult decisions that often affect relationships.
Players can adjust text display speed and volume controls for sound effects and voices independently for optimal immersion. Admittedly, there are occasional untranslated lines from minor NPCs that some players have noted; however, these rarely impact core gameplay.
Ultimately, the game excels at blending survival horror with nuanced relationship management. Hidden NTR elements create tension while gameplay feels responsive and engaging throughout the experience. In short, it offers a unique take on the open-world survival genre.
What Makes It Fappable
Her Corruption in the End Times 2.0 offers explicit H-scenes that gradually reveal Mie’s corruption. The cheating and adultery events feature detailed scenarios, since the story builds them from everyday tension. They also sit against a zombie outbreak backdrop that heightens the stakes. Voice acting enhances the realism of each intimate moment.
Fans of wife corruption and Netorare will appreciate Mie’s transformation, because the writers take their time with each reveal. Each H-scene builds anticipation before culminating in explicit content. Specifically, the game features tags like Breasts and Squirting. The adult content also feels both immersive and satisfying.
Animation quality also complements the detailed character designs. Gameplay balances storytelling with adult themes effectively. In short, players stay engaged through both survival challenges and intimate encounters.
Characters & Art
Polished anime-style CG visuals bring this zombie-themed world to life. The art style also leans into its darker corners, which suits the tone. Character designs vary widely across the cast, since each scene demands its own look. The heroines stay expressive, and the male protagonist conveys both determination and desire.
Specifically, the hidden NTR elements land well visually, because the artists stage each reveal with care. The visual style enhances both narrative and intimate moments. However, some players note the translation occasionally feels awkward. Still, the overall experience holds up.
H-scenes split into distinct types, which gives each encounter a clear context. Players also praise the realistic sound volume adjustments. Ultimately, these elements combine to create a compelling zombie NTR RPG experience.
Story (Spoiler-Free)
Raita and his wife Mie face a zombie virus outbreak together. The narrative integrates survival mechanics with mature themes because both sides drive the drama forward. Its open-world design also gradually reveals hidden NTR elements throughout.
Detailed H-scenes enrich the story, since each encounter ties into Mie’s corruption arc. Although some players note awkward translation choices, the overall atmosphere remains immersive. In particular, hidden NTR sequences contribute significantly to its appeal.
Voice acting and atmospheric music also enhance the overall immersion. However, minor flaws include abrupt personality shifts among characters. Despite these drawbacks, the game delivers an engaging blend of survival horror and mature content.

Customer Reviews
The quality of the Japanese-to-English translation is somewhat lacking, with an awkward tone reminiscent of machine translation and abrupt changes in character personality. There are also occasional untranslated lines from minor characters. However, as long as you understand the main storyline and dialogue, it shouldn’t be a major issue unless you prioritize the text in H-scenes or immersion.
The game is structured as a Symbol-Count RPG, but lacks leveling elements or skills. Upgrades are minimal, limited to slightly increasing stats through facilities and equipment updates. The game heavily emphasizes resource management like food as a survival game, with some unavoidable event battles. However, it’s designed to recommend avoiding combat whenever possible.
Combat is primarily about repeatedly attacking enemies with regular attacks since there are no special skills available. While blunt weapons and long-handled weapons have unique effects, there isn’t much strategy involved beyond basic attacks. Recovery options for HP are scarce, so it’s best to defeat enemies before taking too much damage.
The civilian protagonists experience stress after each battle, which can only be alleviated by resting with a full stomach or consuming alcohol/tobacco. Low hunger directly impacts your stats, making careful management of food, luxuries, hunger levels and stress crucial. Randomized item drops make securing necessary supplies challenging at times – you may need to grind through saves/loads until you get the required food.
Flashbacks force you to progress through 20-30 minutes of story before unlocking content. Once unlocked though, you can even force open unseen events.
I recommend playing the trial version to carefully assess if you can tolerate the game’s balance and text quality. If these aspects are acceptable to you, this will likely be a satisfying experience.

I’ve been supporting this game’s creator at Cien for a long time! This is their first work from an overseas circle. Simply put, I had a blast! The hidden NTR presentation is incredibly well done, and I highly recommend it to those who enjoy NTR!
Regarding the H-scenes, I personally loved the overall atmosphere of the game. The H-scenes are broadly divided into three types: events during the main quest, events that occur in the daily life part as the heroine’s lewdness increases, and events during sub-quests. Since the player controls the male protagonist, the full picture of the H-scenes isn’t easily seen, but by skillfully using phone calls and shadow play, they’ve created a unique perspective to enjoy. In the recollection room, you can see the complete version from the heroine’s point of view, and every scene is wonderfully presented. Especially in the daily life part, it’s amazing how exciting it feels to wonder “What’s happening at home…?” every time you return from exploring.
The non-H parts are also quite interesting. The game is set in a “safe zone” created after the zombie crisis, and from the beginning, players need to carefully collect and manage resources to survive. The quests are plentiful too, and even without the H-scenes, you can fully enjoy it as a strategy game! Before release, the author adjusted the difficulty multiple times based on player feedback through updates. In fact, if you properly progress through sub-quests, around the second hour or so, you’ll be able to secure enough supplies through trading so that there’s almost no need to gather resources by exploring.
Whether you can go down a pure love route depends on how much effort you put into surviving and exploring! In the pure love route, you can get useful items, and in the corruption route, you can earn a lot of money through the heroine’s part-time job. Either way, I don’t think it’ll ever get boring!
This is just their first work from this circle, but I expect they’ll polish up the game even more over roughly a month! And I’m super excited for their next work too!

I really enjoyed the game because I could feel the sense of realism in the detailed adjustments of sound volume. If there was a costume change feature and a slightly better Japanese translation, I would have loved it even more, but I was still able to thoroughly enjoy the content as it is.
For those who purchase the game, I’d like to mention in advance that I recommend saving frequently at various points. I think you’ll understand the reason if you play it.
I’m looking forward to the next installment.

The story and gameplay weren’t too difficult, which was nice. The event with Eiji was also pretty good, without any major complaints. The character designs of the heroines are to my liking, making this another high point. And as for the male lead, he’s not too creepy and has a well-balanced design that suggests strong sexual desire, which builds anticipation and makes watching him feel reassuring.
