As you’d expect from a 3D stealth exhibitionism action game, you can enjoy incredibly free-form perverted play. They really went all out with the character body customization and the huge variety of costumes, and the fact that you can even go futanari shows just how high the degeneracy factor is.

You can also adjust the male-to-female ratio of NPCs (even removing one gender entirely), and their reactions and movements are detailed enough to feel realistic, which really enhances the exhibitionism experience — but that same detail means the difficulty is high, so you get caught easily. The fact that you lose all your earned points on failure might be intentional too, evoking that real-world sense of danger where getting caught exposing yourself would mean social death. Of course, there’s an easy mode as well, so if you want to focus on getting off, you can switch anytime.

Like its predecessor, this sequel is a massively powered-up stealth action game with an exhibitionism theme, and frankly, the quality is absolutely insane. There’s a ton of customization freedom, a huge volume of content that 10 hours barely scratches the surface of, and a reasonably challenging difficulty level. An action game where you fight your way through a ruined city.

The controls are straightforward—melee attack, ranged attack, dodge, and jump—but for reasons I’ll get into later, I strongly recommend using a gamepad.

As for difficulty, even SIMPLE mode (presumably the easy mode) is pretty tough. Enemy spawns are quite simple—they basically only appear from the direction you’re heading and their behavior is just approaching you and attacking at close to mid range once you’re within reach. The basic strategy is to fall back when enemies appear while using ranged attacks. Finishing them off with melee drops ammo.

That alone might not sound hard, but here’s the thing: your ranged attacks require manual aiming. The dodge is good, but melee enemies attack incredibly fast, and they won’t commit to an attack (leaving themselves open) unless you let them get really close. Reloading and healing can be done while walking, but the animations are long and get interrupted if you take a hit. Enemy attacks just plain hurt. There are occasional enemies and gimmicks that can one-shot you. So while what you need to do is simple, there’s very little room for error—which means some people might find it tedious relative to its difficulty. Watch out especially for the spear-wielding enemies—they hit hard with wide range at jab-speed.

There are 6 stages, but they’re quite long, and dying sends you back to the last save point you used among the several scattered throughout. Getting sent way back after making solid progress is mentally brutal.

The erotic content focuses more on character animation than CGs. A lot of it leans toward gore, so it’s not for everyone, but the sense of life-threatening danger means the characters’ desperate resistance is depicted really convincingly. The enemy designs are excellent too—blasphemous in the best way, retaining human forms while clearly having lost all human will. The stage backgrounds also have a ton of effort put into them, contributing greatly to the world-building and erotic atmosphere.

Overall, tastes might be split between the gameplay and the erotic content for most people, but this is a highly recommended title for ryona gentlemen. Then again, ryona gentlemen are used to punishing ryona games anyway.

The early game is a horror experience walking through facilities so dark you need a flashlight, but the further you go, the more it turns into a gun-blazing Rockman Zero. You don’t need to speedrun the entire history of Resident Evil in one game, you know?

The PV conveys the world well. A desolate post-apocalypse, mechanical lifeforms attacking one after another, a desperate den where lives are snuffed out with ease.
The protagonist awakens knowing nothing, guided by a mysterious girl, and discovers a woman drenched in blood, barely clinging to life—

Then just casually sucks out her brain fluid and I burst out laughing. The motion was just so nonchalant.

The protagonist, whose tits constantly bounce free as she runs, usually wears a blank expression — but every time you save, she treats you to a full ahegao face.
She seems to have absolutely zero sense of shame, but when she surrenders herself to the recovery device and gets her ass slapped, even she seems to feel something.
Was the ass-slapping really necessary?

If you figure out the time zone from the difference between the announced sale time and the actual release, you’ll realize the Japanese is a bit sketchy. Thankfully, the voice actress properly re-read the lines, so bless her for that.

Cherry-picking just these parts makes it sound like surreal comedy, but the gunplay, enemy animations, sound design, and world-building all show serious dedication and attention to detail.

The ryona here isn’t so much “sensual death” as it is straight-up “execution,” as described on this page.
If guillotines get your dick harder than pistons do, you’ll be pleased. The ratio is roughly 2 parts sex to 8 parts ryona.

With a gamepad, it’s a bit tough even on Normal. The distance between ahegao save points is long — it reeks of old-school Souls design.
The retry loop is definitely an issue. There are no erotic loops during gameplay, so even if you get hard from dying, unless you’re the kind of guy who can bust just from the friction of pulling your pants down, you probably won’t make it in time.

This is a rare 3D action title, and an exceptionally uncommon one at that — featuring randomly generated NPC appearances. Catch a suspicious female NPC and you can violate her under the pretense of punishment. Hell, even if she’s not suspicious, you can forge an arrest warrant, grab her, and have your way with her. The sense of accomplishment when you overpower a female NPC who fought back with a weapon and then thoroughly violate her in the dungeon is second to none.

The action elements are surprisingly challenging. The starting sword and shield in particular are geared toward action game veterans, so early on you might end up near death after a single fight. If you’re struggling in combat, I recommend placing captured female NPCs as public cum dumps at the execution grounds — citizens who use them will pay you in-game currency plus stat and skill points at the end of each in-game day. There are no time-limited events, so you can just let your cum dumps earn for you indefinitely, pump up your stats with points, and stock up on healing items with the money.

Also, as others have recommended, the greatsword’s raw damage and its overhead slam skill that staggers enemies makes it easy to take them down before they take you down. Later in the story, tough enemies start appearing that attack frequently, chain multiple hits, and barely flinch when struck. If you’re having trouble, the spear’s reach and attack speed combined with dodge-rolling for a hit-and-run approach is extremely effective.

If I had to name complaints, it would be the rough Japanese translation and the fact that there’s no in-game tutorial for the training erotica, which makes it hard to figure out (you place training equipment on the shadow directly beneath the central light in the training room, then bring a captured female NPC there to initiate an erotic scene using the equipment). The developer has said updates are planned going forward, so I’m hopeful for improvements on this front.

This is a masterpiece that fans of 3D action games and 3D violation content absolutely need to buy.

First off, the female characters in this game are noticeably petite compared to the male characters — even accounting for natural size differences — and every single one of them is absolutely adorable. And you get to freely arrest these girls, restrain them fully naked, and take them for walks… there’s no way a game like that could be bad. On top of that, the gameplay itself is surprisingly enjoyable too. The loop of interrogation → arrest, with GP and money piling up at a satisfying pace, felt really rewarding.
