My Personal NTR Doujin Picks
I’ve read a lot of NTR doujin over the years. Some were forgettable, some were decent, and then there were the ones that stuck with me long after I closed the tab. This isn’t a ranking. I’m not here to tell you which NTR doujin is objectively “the best.” Instead, these are simply the five that I keep coming back to — the ones that genuinely hit different for me. Whether it’s the art, the pacing, or that specific gut-punch moment where everything clicks, each of these earned its spot on my personal shelf. If you’re into netorare doujin, I think you’ll understand why once you check them out.
Why This One Stuck With Me
Digital Lover’s art is something I always come back to, but this particular NTR doujin is the one that made me a fan. What really got me was how restrained the setup feels. Rui stays fully clothed for a lot of it, and that contrast between her composed exterior and what’s actually happening makes the whole thing way more intense. I also love the backstory — Taiki has carried a torch for this woman since childhood, and now that she’s married to someone else, the affair feels genuinely transgressive rather than just performative. The internal cumshot scenes land hard precisely because the emotional buildup earns them. For me, this is the NTR doujin I recommend to anyone who asks where to start with the genre.

Even at just 48 pages, you’ll be amazed at how much content is packed in – the summarized story and diverse H-scenes are a must-see.
While the plot may be rather conventional, the moment the erotic parts begin, it’s an onslaught of intense scenes.
Despite being in full color, the illustrations maintain their usual delicate and beautiful quality, making you almost reach climax with just a single page. And yet, it’s priced at the same level as regular books, so there’s really no choice but to buy it, right?

This is a cuckolding story. A man who couldn’t give up on a woman he used to like, who was older and married to another man… that’s the setup. What I liked about it was that the heroine wasn’t the least bit apologetic, and was proactive in having sex with the protagonist. I felt that her guilt toward her husband was quite thin. The complete lack of urgency, as if she were hiding some mischief, was actually quite good.

Why This One Stuck With Me
I’ll be honest — this NTR doujin caught me off guard. The premise sounds straightforward: a quiet, bullied girl and her teacher. However, what makes it personal for me is the transformation. She starts out so withdrawn and defeated, and then her body completely betrays her mind. That disconnect between her gloomy personality and her physical reactions is what I find genuinely compelling. The uniform adds a layer of forbidden energy that I’m a sucker for. Moreover, the art style captures her expressions in a way that feels raw and unpolished in the best sense. I’ve revisited this one more times than I’d probably admit.
Customer Reviews
The works featuring the fleshy bodies and timid girls drawn by Yoshiaki Katsurai are captivating. They have skillfully depicted a character with little happiness who unconsciously attracts men with her magnetic allure. It’s an excellent piece, currently standing as an unhappy work with a basic tendency toward clothed play. As a sequel is promised, I’ll look forward to that while enjoying every corner of this one. While the price is on the higher side, it offers quality equivalent to that price.

Why This One Stuck With Me
Yes, this is the second Digital Lover entry on my list, and no, I don’t apologize for it. This NTR doujin hits a very specific nerve for me: the impregnation angle combined with married women makes every internal cumshot feel like it actually matters narratively. I find that a lot of netorare doujin treat the sex as the entire point, but here, the pregnancy stakes add real weight to each scene. The breast milk details are a nice touch that most artists wouldn’t bother with. For me, the reason this one stays in my rotation is simple — it commits fully to its premise without holding back, and the art quality from Digital Lover makes every panel worth lingering on.

Why This One Stuck With Me
This NTR doujin has one of my favorite setups in the entire genre. A wife’s male friend pretends to be gay to get close to her, and then gradually corrupts her into his personal plaything. What I love about it is the slow burn. You watch this natural airhead wife trust him completely, and that trust becomes the weapon used against her. The verbal humiliation scenes hit especially hard because she doesn’t fully process what’s happening to her. In addition, the author took the time to show the husband and wife’s intimate moments first, which makes the betrayal land so much harder. This is the kind of NTR doujin where the buildup is just as satisfying as the payoff. I genuinely think about this one’s plot more than most.
Customer Reviews
I liked how the author thoroughly wrote about the protagonist and his wife’s passionate lovemaking. Writing these kinds of scenes effectively establishes the foundation for a cuckolding story.
The heroine herself is quite the fast-faller, not spending much time on foreplay, which makes her highly practical. Her lecherous expression and her greedy lovemaking are incredibly horny.
It ends without the husband ever finding out. “Ignorance is bliss,” as they say, so it’s a happy ending in a sense that makes me glad.

Why This One Stuck With Me
This is the NTR doujin that I think about when someone asks me what makes a good netorare scenario. The setting alone sells it: a married teacher hiding in bed with a student during a school excursion. That claustrophobic, can’t-get-caught tension is something I find incredibly effective. What personally draws me to this one is the teacher’s internal conflict — she knows exactly how wrong it is, and that awareness makes her eventual surrender so much more satisfying. As a result, the forbidden thrill doesn’t feel cheap or manufactured. The electronic version has additional content that the print version lacked, and honestly, those extra scenes are what elevated this from “good” to “permanently bookmarked” for me. Arakure knows how to write realistic psychological surrender, and this NTR doujin is the proof.
Customer Reviews
After viewing the print version, I purchased the electronic version after some time had passed.
The electronic version has excellent additional content that reaches parts that were unsatisfying in the print version.
I sincerely hope that those brothers who are reading this review will also see both versions. The content depicts the psychological state of the person being taken, as well as the realistic portrayal of being swept away by pleasure. I can confidently recommend this to those who prioritize story.

A married female teacher being stolen away by a male student is so erotic! In terms of the stealing situation, it’s quite interestingly shaped, as “being stolen” and “BSS” are firmly coexisting, and on top of that, a “handsome” and “stud” is introduced, which was amazing. In a way, she’s in a double stealing state, which was the most erotic part!

The female teacher who has been harboring good feelings for a long time is taken away by the handsome classmates during their school trip.
As described in the content introduction, the female teacher, who ended up hiding in the futon of the male students’ room, is approached by the handsome students and gives in to their advances, allowing them to have her body. The students who form a relationship with her are two handsome technicians and one disgusting virgin otaku. The descriptions of her squirming around in the futon are very realistic and extremely erotic.— セクレタリアト (5.0/5)
Final Thoughts
These are the five NTR doujin that have earned a permanent spot in my collection. They’re not here because of sales numbers or popularity rankings — they’re here because each one gave me something I couldn’t get anywhere else. Whether it was Digital Lover’s refined art, the psychological slow burn of Netorare Sexercise, or the claustrophobic tension of that school excursion, these are the works that defined what I look for in the genre. If even one of these resonates with you the way it did with me, I’ll consider this list a success.
