As you can tell from the demo and videos, the graphics and presentation are incredibly polished. The sense of exhilaration while playing is amazing. However, the character models are small relative to how flashy the effects are, character movements are extremely fast. The camera keeps swinging off in random directions, so you tend to end up playing without any idea what’s actually happening. Also, if you’re prone to motion sickness, be careful — I got sick at first.
The controls are super simple with just four movement keys and left/right mouse clicks. But contrary to that, the difficulty felt extremely hard even on Easy until you figure out the strategies. When enemies guard — or parry, I guess. It seems like the best move is to burst by pressing both mouse buttons simultaneously.
One major warning though: most of the defeat events are NTR. There’s absolutely zero mention of NTR in either the tags or the description. So seriously watch out (you can technically skip defeat events in the settings, but still…).
Also, even if you set enemies to aggressively use drain attacks during combat. They’ll do it the first time for sure, but won’t do it a second time. This might get fixed eventually though.
